What’s new

New in Clinic360, this month

Clinic360 gets better every week. Here is what clinics have gained lately, newest first, and each one is open to look at in our sample clinic.

  1. Auto-replies: Manual, Semi-auto or Full auto

Choose how much of WhatsApp is answered by itself. Manual sends nothing and puts each message on To do with a reply ready; Semi-auto sends the premade reply that fits; Full auto lets your assistant answer from your own prices and hours, on your own AI key, once it has passed a test drive. A problem after a treatment always gets the safety reply.

  2. Made for the phone

Every screen works on a phone: one person to a row, pills you swipe between, the lead board as a row of columns, and Add and Write prescription where a thumb finds them.

  3. A no-marketing list

A number on it gets no offers or promotions, while reminders, receipts and prescriptions still go. Add one from a client’s or an enquiry’s page, or paste a list in Settings; a STOP reply puts the number on it by itself.

  4. An invoice for every payment

Each payment gets its own invoice, on your letterhead or one of our layouts: what was paid before, what was paid now, what is left, and the sessions done. Send it on WhatsApp, print it or download it the moment the payment is taken.

  5. Your own pharmacy bill

Set the name at the top, your closing words and your return policy once, and whether the batch and a barcode print. The same bill prints on an 80 mm or 58 mm roll, or on A4.

  6. Treatments with no fixed price

For treatments priced when the client comes in, leave the price empty on the treatment or on the doctor’s quote. It reads “No price”, books all the same, and the quote on WhatsApp says the price will be confirmed at the visit.

  7. Who goes in next

When several clients are waiting, the one who has waited longest comes first and is marked Next, then 2nd and 3rd, on Today and on Appointments, each with how long they have waited.

  8. Consent forms, signed on the screen

Upload your own forms once. The client reads the form on the screen, agrees and signs with a finger, with a witness when the form asks. Their page keeps the signed copy and says which booked treatments still need one.

  9. Before and after photos

On a client’s page, take or choose photos, mark each one Before or After and the treatment it is for, and see them side by side. Settings keeps every photo in one place, found by client, treatment or date, and downloads them as a zip.

  10. Prescriptions on your own pad

Use the pad your clinic already prints, or one of our layouts with each doctor’s details. The doctor writes on it like paper, with the medicines in a grid, then prints it or sends the PDF on WhatsApp.

  11. Failed WhatsApp messages, by reason

Settings → WhatsApp groups the messages WhatsApp did not deliver by reason, with what fixes each. What Meta charged you is on Meta’s own billing page, one button away on the same screen: Meta does not give those amounts to apps like Clinic360.

  12. Saved messages after 24 hours

Once a client hasn’t written for 24 hours, WhatsApp only takes messages it has approved. The inbox now says so, lets you pick one of your approved saved messages, and sends it the way WhatsApp needs instead of a message that fails.

  13. Instagram and Messenger in one button

Tick your Facebook Page and its Instagram account in Meta’s window, and their messages arrive in the same inbox as WhatsApp.

  14. Your clinic’s own page, and a QR poster

A page with your cover picture, whether you’re open now, Book, WhatsApp, Call and Directions, and your treatments with prices. Print the QR poster for the desk and see how many people used it this month.

  15. Connect your own WhatsApp number

One click opens Meta’s window: pick the WhatsApp Business number your clients already know, and the last six months of chats come with it.

  16. Online booking

Clients pick a treatment, a branch and a free time themselves. You set the hours, closed days, how far ahead and what stays hidden.

  17. Follow-ups that can go out by themselves

Reason by reason, at 11 in the morning. Every switch is off until you turn it on, and you can still read each one first instead.

  18. A pharmacy of your own

The counter, medicines in batches with their expiry, deliveries and suppliers, returns, and what the pharmacy made for any period.

  19. Two WhatsApp numbers, kept apart

Each chat stays on the number it came in on, says which one at the top, and is answered from that number.

  20. One booking sheet for every booking

Who, what and when, then pay now, later or in part, in one sheet: a consultation, a new treatment or the next session of a course.

  21. Start a treatment in one go

What they’re having, what they paid and the first session, in one save. The Treatments screen shows every treatment as a card, with who is on it.

  22. Prescriptions on WhatsApp

The doctor writes a prescription on the client’s page, and the client gets it as a PDF and a link on WhatsApp. Allergies and alerts sit at the top of every record.
