Revenue software for aesthetic clinics · Lahore & Karachi
Software your staff will actually open
Your receptionist, your doctor, your therapist and you do four different jobs. Clinic360 gives each of them their own screen. The front desk one has no rupee figure on it anywhere.
Clinic360 is new. There are no clinic logos on this page because we have no customers yet — in this market you would know if we invented one. So instead of proof, here is the whole thing running: one tap, no form, real data, every role.

Why this one is different
You have bought clinic software before
And within a month your front desk was back on WhatsApp and a notebook. Not because your team is difficult — because the software was built for whoever signed the cheque, and everyone else got the same dashboard with the buttons they were not allowed to press greyed out.
Clinic360 starts from the opposite end. Ten roles ship, and they land on eight purpose-built screens. Your receptionist's screen is not a filtered version of yours. It is a different screen.

The reason it survives month two
Not one rupee on the front desk screen
Your receptionist does not hold revenue access, so the figures are not rendered for her at all — not blurred, not greyed out, not behind a permission error. They are absent.
She can still do the work: see who is waiting and for how long, send them in, confirm tomorrow's list, answer the messages nobody has answered. She simply never sees what any of it is worth.
That is what lets you hand a login to every person in the clinic on day one, which is the only way software like this ever gets used.
If she types the address anyway
Not available to your role
Your account does not include access to this area. If you need it, ask an owner to adjust your role in Settings.
Enforced on the server, not by hiding a menu item. The exact page a receptionist gets if she opens the branch revenue address directly.
While your team works their screens
One screen watches the money
Twelve checks run every night against your own thresholds. Each one names the actual person, estimates what the row is worth, and closes itself when the problem is fixed.
Recommendations without a deposit
Your doctor recommended a treatment. The deposit never arrived.

Enquiries with no follow-up
An open enquiry nobody has contacted.
after 2 days
Sessions overdue
The next session on a paid course has passed with nothing booked.
after 3 days
No-shows never rebooked
They missed it and nothing has been booked since.
after 1 day
Finished a course, nothing next
They completed everything they bought and have no next step.

Every threshold is yours
“Overdue” means something different to a monthly laser medispa and a clinic doing annual skin checks. Both are right. Change the number, save, and the scan runs again while you watch the count move.
These are business rules, not clinical ones
Clinic360 never suggests, times or generates a treatment. It notices that a treatment your doctor already recommended was never paid for, or that a course your patient already bought was never finished.
The button everyone is afraid of
Message thirty-four people without holding your breath
Tick the rows. Clinic360 picks the message that fits that kind of leak — a deposit reminder for unpaid deposits, not an appointment confirmation for someone who has no appointment.
Then it shows you the real message, with their name and session count filled in, before anything leaves. Anyone who has opted out is removed before you see the count. If the message does not fit those people, it says so instead of sending nonsense.

Keep WhatsApp
A message lands at 10:42pm. Six things happen. You do none of them.
Your clinic already runs on WhatsApp. The problem was never WhatsApp — it is that enquiries disappear into it.

An enquiry is created
Name, number, and what they asked. It cannot evaporate in a thread any more.
- 2

They get your welcome message
Your wording, in your voice. You wrote it; we just chose the moment.
- 4
A follow-up is scheduled
So if they go quiet, somebody is told.
- 5

With how long they have been waiting, in minutes.
- 6
If nobody replies, it becomes a leak
And shows up on your screen with everything else that is slipping.
Running three branch numbers today? They all land in one list, so nobody has to check three phones to find out who answered.
White label, properly
Your words. Your colours. Your rules.
Clinic360 is not a product with your logo dropped in the corner. Your staff never see our brand once they are signed in.

Two clinics, one deployment, one database. Different colours, fonts, corner radius, vocabulary, pipeline stages, treatments, prices and thresholds. Neither can see the other. All of it editable by your manager, without a developer.

A real session in the real product — the same code a paying clinic would run. Nothing you do here touches anyone's data but the demo clinic's.
Before you look at the price
Where we actually are
Clinic360 is early. The product you just opened is real and complete enough to run a clinic, and we would rather you find its edges now than after you have paid us.
There is no billing system yet — we invoice by hand and you pay by bank transfer. Connecting a real WhatsApp number needs Meta's template approval, which takes a few days and is their paperwork, not ours. Early software has bugs, and you will find some.
What we will do is load your real data before you pay anything, so you are deciding about your own clinic and not our demo. Send the export, we map the columns, you see a preview before a single row is written.
No setup fee. No per-patient charge. No annual lock-in — a month's notice and you are out, with a full export of your data, without a conversation about it.

Every plan includes — all twelve checks · all eight role screens · your colours and your words · automations · spreadsheet import · your clinic's data isolated at the database, not only in the application · a full audit log.
WhatsApp message charges are Meta's or Twilio's. You pay them directly, at their rate. We do not resell them and we do not mark them up.
Straight answers
Questions clinic owners actually ask
Will this replace our WhatsApp?
No. You keep your own WhatsApp Business number and connect it through Meta or Twilio. Your patients message the number they always did — they just get an answer faster. Connecting a real number needs template approval on Meta's side, which takes a few days. Until then the whole product runs on the built-in simulator with no WhatsApp account at all.
Can my receptionist see how much the clinic makes?
No. The receptionist role does not hold revenue access, so the figures are not rendered for her at all — not hidden, not greyed out. She can still work the recovery queue: call the person, send the message, mark it done. She just never sees what the row is worth. A test asserts this so a future release cannot quietly undo it.
We call them clients, not patients. And our stages are different.
Both are settings. Change the word in Settings → Clinic profile and the navigation, page titles and messages all follow, pluralised properly. Rename your pipeline stages to whatever you actually run — no report breaks, because no report reads a stage name.
Who decides when someone counts as overdue?
You do. Every one of the twelve thresholds lives in Settings → Revenue rules. Change the number, save, and the scan runs again while you watch the count move. The defaults we ship are a starting point, not a rule.
Does it message patients without us seeing?
Only rules you switched on, and every one is listed in Settings → Automations with its trigger, its conditions and its history — including runs that were skipped and why. For bulk sends you read the actual messages, with names and session counts filled in, before anything leaves. Anyone who has opted out is removed before you see the count.
Will it tell my doctors what to treat?
No, and it never will. These are business rules about follow-up and payment. Clinic360 notices that a treatment your clinician already recommended was never paid for, or that a course your patient already bought was never finished. It does not generate, time or suggest treatment. No medical records, no prescriptions, no diagnosis.
How do we get our existing patients in?
Export whatever you have as a CSV. Clinic360 guesses the column mapping so a thirty-column export does not need thirty manual choices, flags duplicates and bad phone numbers, and shows you exactly what will happen before a single row is written. A patient you already have is updated, not duplicated. We do this with you before you pay anything.
Can another clinic's staff see our patients?
No. Isolation is a property of the database connection, not a filter someone has to remember to add: every read is scoped, every write is stamped, and a query naming another clinic is rejected rather than silently allowed. On PostgreSQL, row-level security enforces the same boundary at the database, so a bug in our code still cannot cross clinics.
How many clinics use this today?
None yet. You would be among the first, and we are not going to pretend otherwise — everybody in this market knows everybody. When clinics are using it we will name them, with their permission and not before. In the meantime the whole product is open for you to check in four minutes without talking to us.
